Randy Acock, P.E. Founder and President	Randy Acock is a graduate of the University of Texas, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering. He became a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas in June 1980 and started Acock Engineering that same year. Mr. Acock began his oil & gas career with Amoco Production Company in 1972. As District Engineer, he was responsible for 15 engineers involved in drilling, completion, workover and production activities in 41 South Texas counties. He has been personally involved with more than 160 horizontal wells, and has consulted on deep (20,000+), critical, high pressure drilling operations in South Texas and Louisiana. He is an active member in the SPE, AAPG, and API.

Matthew Acock Vice President	Matthew Acock graduated summa cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1998 with a Bachelor in Business Administration Degree in Management. He served as Senior Consultant for Ernst and Young Management Consulting (now Cap Gemini), before receiving a J.D. from the University of Texas in 2004. He also served as senior counsel and chief advisor to United States Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison. · Mr. Acock has provided assistance to Fortune energy 500 companies, both nationally and internationally, as well as onshore and offshore. · He started his experience in the oilfield dressing pipe for Antelope Oil and Tools in high school and college.

Gary Brumley Vice President Operations	Mr. Brumley graduated from Stephen F. Austin in 1972 and joined the Acock Engineering team in 1996, working as a consultant and marketing manager. Mr. Brumley has worked domestically and internationally, both onshore and offshore in the Oil and Gas Industry for 32 years. He provides project engineering, operations management and specialized field supervision for drilling, completion, workover, and production operations conducted by Acock personnel on vertical, directional, and horizontal normal/abnormal pressure oil and gas/condensate wells.

Alyssa Wise Engineering Support/Accounting	Ms. Wise joined Acock Engineering in 2008 Ms. Wise provides support to the engineering & consulting personnel. She is responsible for processing invoices, as well as additional accounting duties. She is also involved in special projects including marketing support.
